DOMESTIC/INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDER

Responsibilities:

  • Organization of road transports (determination of travel routes, selection of appropriate transport fleet)
  • Monitoring and control of the warehouse and transport department
  • Solving current operational problems
  • Optimization of transport costs (negotiation of prices and transport conditions)
  • Professional service to customers and carriers
  • Daily cooperation with carriers in the scope of ongoing orders
  • Active acquisition of new contractors and building long-term cooperation
  • Supervision of forwarding documentation

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Own customer base
  • Knowledge of the freight and transport services market
  • Commitment and motivation to work
  • Communicativeness and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work under time pressure, resistance to stress
  • Good organization of work
  • Knowledge of English or German will be an advantage
